What we keep, and why.
Albert only works if it knows your exam and how you learn. This page says exactly what that means, in plain words, no legal fog.

Your email; the exam you are preparing, its date and your weekly hours; the documents you choose to share (syllabus, notes, past papers); your answers in sessions and placement questions; and basic usage data (which pages you open, when).
What we do with it
Build and adapt your plan, schedule your reviews, and measure your readiness. We use AI models to read your documents and generate exercises. Your documents are used for your plan only, never to train models, never shared with other students.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your progress with your school or anyone else unless you ask us to.
Where it lives
On servers in the European Union. Documents are encrypted at rest. Session recordings do not exist: we store answers, not keystrokes.
Your controls
Export everything or delete your account by emailing contact@albertschool.com. Deletion is complete within 30 days, including documents and backups.
Cookies
One cookie to keep you signed in, one to remember your language, and one that holds your plan while you are building it. We also load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel through Google Tag Manager to measure how our ads perform; it sets its own cookie and receives the pages you open and the funnel steps you complete, never your email, your documents or your answers. You can block it with your browser or an ad blocker; Albert works the same without it.
Albert Prep is operated by Albert School. This page is a plain-language summary; the full policy is available on request and prevails in case of conflict.
